Marbella Portal is a property discovery platform for Marbella. We process personal data to provide accounts, favourites, enquiries and optional notifications.

What we collect

• Account details: email, first and last name, and an optional phone number.
• Saved properties, enquiries, messages and notification preferences.
• A device push token if you enable notifications.
• Technical and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use and share information

We use these details to manage your account, save favourites, deliver enquiries and replies, and provide support. When you send an enquiry, your contact details and message are shared with the agent responsible for the property.

Service providers include Supabase for authentication and storage, Loops for sign-in emails, Resend for enquiry emails and Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android notifications. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal data.

Google Maps displays property locations. Its Android SDK processes technical device and version information, IP addresses, SDK identifiers, map interactions and SDK crash diagnostics to operate and improve Google services. Firebase may create an installation identifier as part of its SDK operation, independently of your choice to receive notifications. Optional notifications

You control enquiry replies, price reductions on favourites, and featured properties/news separately in Profile. Promotional notifications require a separate opt-in. Device permission alone does not opt you into promotions. You can withdraw consent in Profile or disable notifications in device settings.

Legal bases

We process account and enquiry information to provide the service you request, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. Optional push notifications are based on your consent.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in Profile, removing your profile, favourites and device registrations. Operational records, including enquiries, may be retained where needed for legal obligations or dispute resolution. Contact us for details about records relating to you.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may withdraw optional notification consent and raise a concern with your data protection authority.

Security

We use access controls and other security measures to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Young users

The app is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you believe someone under 16 has provided personal data, contact us. Property enquiries may involve sharing personal details with an agent; only share information you are comfortable providing.
